Beautiful apartment, in duplex, with a balcony, spacious 130m2, for 10 people maximum, will allow you to spend a good holiday with family or friends.

SITUATION : at the foot of the famous Mont Cenis pass and the Vanoise National Park, close to the shops (bakeries, shops, bars, restaurants, dragsters...)
In the heart of the Val Cenis Lanslebourg ski resort, 250m from the Madeleine ski lift (map available on the Val Cenis website) or 50m from the free shuttle bus stop between Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard every 15-20 minutes.

LAYOUT OF THE APARTMENT :
-Top floor: large living room (with fireplace), kitchen, bathroom n°1, storage room, balcony, bedroom n°1.
-Lower floor : bedroom n°2 and n°3 and bathroom n°2.
-Basement : private ski room with washing machine
The 2 floors are accessible by a staircase.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
-Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 4 electric plates, oven, microwave, small appliances (coffee machine, toaster, raclette and fondue machine...), plenty of storage space.
-Living room with flat screen TV, DVD player with movies, armchairs, sofa, large balcony with view on the forest and fireplace (if you want to enjoy a little flambé at the end of the day, you can buy a basket of wood)
-Room n°1 for 2 persons: 1 double bed with wardrobe.
-Room n°2 for 4 persons: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed with wardrobe and closet.
-Bedroom n°3 for 4 persons: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed with wardrobe and cupboard.
-Bathroom n°1: bathtub, towel dryer, 2 sinks with storage space, separate WC.
-Bathroom n°2: shower, WC, 1 sink with storage.

TO KNOW:
-The rental is for a maximum of 10 people.
-The bed sheets are provided (and not the towels) and included in the price of the hiring.
-The tourist tax is not included in the rental price.
-The wifi is free and accessible in the whole apartment.
-The cleaning at the end of the stay is the responsibility of the tenant, he commits himself to return the apartment in the same state as on his arrival.
-A deposit of 400€ (breakage, cleaning) is requested on arrival and returned at the end of the stay if there is nothing to report.
-A supplement of 50€ is requested per animal.
-Rental from Saturday to Saturday, arrival from 3pm and departure at 9am at the latest.
-Possibility to ask me for an umbrella bed free of charge.

WINTER
Located in the village of Lanslebourg, the lovers of skiing will be able to take advantage of the beautiful alpine ski area with its 125 km of tracks.
You can also enjoy snowshoeing, dog sledding, paragliding, ice climbing, cinema, bowling, swimming pool, ice rink ...

SUMMER
Nature lovers will be able to discover this superb valley that is the Haute Maurienne through hiking, mountain biking and the many other activities offered.
