The Les Chardons residence is located at the foot of the connecting slope (blue run) providing direct access to the Espace Diamant. Mont Rond ski school 3.5km away. Grocery store and pizzeria 200m away. Village center 5km.

The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With 192km of slopes and 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made up of several hamlets, each with its own special character. Le Lachat, or NDB 1450, is the most beautiful part of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. It's south-facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. It's a quiet, unspoilt area with an exceptional, unobstructed view of the Mont Rond massif. Please note that a car is essential.

In summer, you'll appreciate the private tennis court and the many footpaths and mountain bike trails nearby. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 2 days a week, gives you easy access to the finest views of Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and leisure park are just 9km away.

This 21 m² studio cabin is located in the charming, sunny Lachat area. It has a south-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the sun all day long. Designed to accommodate up to four guests. Located on an upper floor, the apartment offers exceptional panoramic views.

OUR OPINION: It's well optimized for a small space, bright, and offers a very nice view. It would be perfect for a couple or a small family. In summer, you'll be able to take advantage of a vast domain and tennis courts reserved for residents, at the start of fabulous hikes.
