Chalet Kinou is a magnificent, brand-new, detached chalet located opposite the Lachat ski-bus stop, and right next to the Bellecombe-Mont Rond connecting run, with a ski-in/ski-out option when snow conditions permit. The village center is 5 km away. In winter and summer, mini-market and restaurant next to the chalet.

The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With 192 km of slopes and 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), there's something for everyone.

Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made up of several hamlets, each with its own special character. Le Lachat is a very sunny area and a gateway to the Espace Diamant for good skiers. Please note that a car is essential.

In summer, you'll be close to numerous trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 3 days a week, gives you easy access to the best views of Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and leisure park are just 9km away.

The chalet is centrally located, 15 minutes from Les Saisies, 20 minutes from Megève, 1 hour from Chamonix, 1 hour 15 minutes from Annecy and 1 hour 30 minutes from Geneva.

Chalet Kinou, at an altitude of 1450m, boasts an incredible view of the Espace Dimanant mountain cirque. You'll be seduced by its peaceful surroundings, its terraces, one of which has a Jacuzzi, and its many facilities. The chalet is arranged over three levels, with five bedrooms, ideal for accommodating 10 travelers.

On the main level (-1 from the parking lot):
- A spacious entrance hall with storage space
- A living room with a beautiful dining area opening onto the terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen with a three-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and wine cellar. The living area is warm and inviting, with a fireplace and television. The level opens onto a terrace with jaczuzi facing the mountains.

- Two en suite bedrooms with double beds, one with balcony offering a beautiful mountain view

Lower level (-2 from access level):
