The chalet "La Léontine" is a beautiful, brand new, individual chalet, located 100m from the Espace Diamant slopes and 2.5 km from the ski school. In winter, a free ski bus passes 50m from the chalet. Village centre at 4km. In season, a mini-market is open next to the chalet.
The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they need to enjoy their holidays.
Notre Dame de Bellecombe is composed of several hamlets, each with its own particularity. Les Favrays, located near NDB 1350, is a sunny slope with a very clear panorama. It is a calm and preserved sector. Your children will be able to enjoy the animals of the farm, with the proximity of a farm in activity. Attention, car essential.
In summer, you will be close to many trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 2 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and its leisure centre are only 7km away. Les Saisies is 10 minutes away by car and Chamonix 1 hour.

A few steps from the start of the Lachat slopes, facing the Espace Diamant mountains, this beautiful chalet is being renovated and has a large terrace. You will also appreciate its garden in summer and winter. This chalet is perfect for 8 to 10 people.

*On the GROUND FLOOR : a garage, a ski-room and bicycle room, a double bedroom (bed 160), a bedroom with bunk beds (2*90), a shower room and toilets.
*ON THE FIRST FLOOR: a spacious and cosy living room with a wood stove, an open kitchen equipped, all open on the balcony and the large terrace.
This floor is completed by a shower room and a guest toilet.
*SECOND FLOOR: a bedroom with two single beds (2*90), a bedroom with three single beds (3*90), a bedroom with a double bed (140), an office area, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
*Parking space in front of the chalet. A parking space in the garage in winter.
* WIFI INCLUDED.
*Pets not accepted. Non-smoking rental.
OUR OPINION: Pleasant holidays in this splendid chalet exposed full SOUTH with a sight to cut the breath! Quality services with new equipment in typical mountain style, the work will be completed this fall. It is located close to the Lachat mini-market and the Chez Maryse pizzeria.
