This large and comfortable chalet was built in 2005. It offers all the facilities and amenities of a warm family home. NOTE: cleaning, sheets and towels included. Pets allowed.

Mountain style blends effortlessly with the most modern amenities to create the unique atmosphere of Chalet Les Roses des Alpes, where small personal touches will make you feel at home.

There are four double bedrooms, three of which can be converted into two single beds, and two bathrooms for up to 8 people. The chalet is incredibly large and bright, and two of the bedrooms open onto a sunny balcony.

There is also a second balcony on the ground floor, ideal for enjoying breakfast al fresco, and a large south-facing terrace leading to a large garden where children can play ball with ease. The fully-equipped kitchen is arranged so that the person in charge of the food will always be able to participate in the conversation of the rest of the group, before sharing meals around the large table in the living room, not far from the property's beautiful fireplace.

IMPORTANT: Parties are strictly forbidden at the cottage. Please note that the owners of this rental occupy the apartment in the basement of the chalet (independent access from the chalet). They have a very sociable young dog, Siena (Italian spinone). Dogs are accepted but, to avoid any damage, they must not be left alone on the property during your stay without the prior agreement of the owner. Thank you for your understanding. Important : cats are not welcome in the chalet. A stream runs through the garden but it is usually dry in summer.
