The chalet is located in the resort of La Joue du Loup, less than 300m from the snow front and the heart of the resort, and 50m from the residence's heated swimming pool (free access with panoramic terrace and solarium).

The chalet's south-southwest exposure offers exceptional sunshine and a breathtaking view of the Obiou mountain range.

With a capacity of 2 to 10 people, the chalet comprises :
>> a large terrace opening onto the first floor living room, with views of the Obiou mountain range
>> on the first floor :
- a brand-new, fully-equipped modern kitchen from June 2020 (refrigerator with 3* compartment, induction hob, hood, fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fondue machine, raclette, crêpe maker, etc.) opening onto the living room
- lounge and flat-screen TV area with sofa bed
- wood-burning stove
- a large Italian-style shower room and toilet (accessible to people with reduced mobility). Washing machine
- a drying room (new, work to be completed in December 2021) for hanging up ski clothes, helmets, etc. and drying boots, etc.
