Chalet Chez Simone is located in the village of Flumet, right next to the ski bus stop. The Evettes and Notre Dame de Bellecombe ski slopes are 3.5 km away. In summer, the lake and its leisure center are a 15-minute walk away.
The village of Flumet is located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With 192 km of pistes and 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), there's something for everyone.
The foot of the Flume slopes is located at Les Evettes, one of the entrances to the Espace Diamant.
In summer, you'll be close to numerous trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Evettes chairlift, open 2 days a week, gives you easy access to the finest panoramic views of the Aravis mountains. The Flumet lake and leisure center are a 15-minute walk away.
CHALET CHEZ SIMONE
Located on the outskirts of Flumet village, this fully renovated chalet faces the Val d'Arly mountains,
facing west, with a beautiful terrace. With its cosy atmosphere, this chalet is perfect for your next vacation, accommodating 8 to 10 people.
Description :
*ON THE FIRST LEVEL: Access to the first level from the stairs leading up from the garage, a dormitory bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single bed (3*90) and access to the terrace, a double bedroom (160cm bed), a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet and a laundry area with washing machine.
*ON THE SECOND FLOOR: a spacious, bright living room, an open kitchen equipped with a four-burner induction hob with integrated hood, oven and freezer, all opening onto the balcony with views of the village and mountains.
A shower room and guest toilet complete this floor.
*THIRD LEVEL: two bedrooms with two single beds (2*90), one double bedroom (1*140), a mezzanine area for children.
* Parking spaces in front of the chalet and one in the garage.
* Ski room in garage.
* WIFI INCLUDED (fiber).
*Pets not accepted. Non-smoking rental.
OUR OPINION: Recently tastefully renovated chalet, close to the village and the ski-bus stop. It offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends in the Val d'Arly, including bed linen and towels.
